International Funds

Horizon Europe Program

The Horizon Europe Technical Support Project, co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, aims to strengthen Turkey’s participation in the Horizon Europe Program. Conducted under the Competitive Sectors Program, the project is led by the Ministry of Industry and Technology as the Contracting Authority and TÜBİTAK as the Final Beneficiary. The project is being carried out by the System Global Consulting Inc. Consortium along with its partners Leitat, INL, Artech, and IKADA.

Digital Europe Program

The Digital Europe Program is an investment initiative aimed at accelerating the digital transformation of the European Union. It focuses on priority areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, high-performance computing, and the development of digital skills, with the goal of increasing the digital capacity of both the public and private sectors. Universities, research centers, and public institutions can receive funding for infrastructure investments and strategic partnerships through this program.

NATO SPS Program (Science for Peace and Security)

NATO’s Science for Peace and Security (SPS) Program supports projects that contribute to security among NATO member and partner countries through scientific cooperation. The program funds multilateral efforts in innovative research, technology transfer, disaster response, and enhancing defense capabilities.

INTERREG Program

INTERREG is a European Union program that promotes cross-border cooperation between regions. It supports projects in areas such as cross-border development, innovation, environmental protection, and social cohesion. Universities, local governments, and NGOs can participate as leading or partner organizations in projects.
