Dear Researchers,

The CoCirculation3 project, supported under the European Commission’s M COFUND 2023 call, along with the 2236-A International Experienced Researcher Mobility Support Program, aims to connect Turkey’s research and innovation ecosystem with global talents.

Researchers supported by the program are expected to conduct their research at an academic or non-academic institution in Turkey for 24 months under the guidance of a mentor. Additionally, the program offers the option of an extra period of up to 12 months at a non-academic organization.

• The 2025 call will be open for applications from September 1, 2025, to December 1, 2025.
• Applications will be accepted online via the TYBS system.
• In 2025, 33 researchers will be supported.

Support Scope:

The monthly support provided to researchers under the program is as follows:
• Salary: €3,980
• Family support: €600
• Research, training, and networking support: €1,000
• Entrepreneurship support: €250
• Institution share: €130 (paid to the host institution)
• Monthly travel support: €50 (up to a total of €1,200)

Application Conditions:

• All researchers with a Ph.D. degree can apply.
• It is required not to have stayed in Turkey for more than 12 months in the last 36 months.
• Project topics are expected to be related to the Green Deal.
