2247 – A National Outstanding Researchers Program

Within the scope of the 2247-A National Outstanding Researchers Program, support is provided to projects that aim to achieve groundbreaking developments in all fields of science and technology for our country, offer opportunities to address significant gaps in their fields and provide researchers with new perspectives, and have the potential for significant discoveries and/or inventions. Support is also provided to the scientists in Türkiye who will carry out these projects.

2232 – A International Fellowship for Outstanding Researchers

The program aims to encourage qualified researchers, particularly Turkish scientists who have distinguished themselves with high-level scientific and/or technological studies and have experience working abroad, to come to Türkiye to contribute to projects in research areas of strategic importance for our country. Support is provided for these researchers to conduct their work in leading state or foundation higher education institutions, research infrastructures deemed competent within the scope of Law No. 6550, public research institutes, private sector organizations with R&D or design centers, or capital companies located in technoparks in Türkiye.
